In March of 2014 I joined the pastoral staff at Owosso First Church of the Nazarene as the Children’s Pastor.
My husband Chris Davies is the Youth Pastor, and he and I have the joy and privilege of helping children and youth in our congregation transition between all the phases of life—from early childhood all the way up through college.
My Mission is to ensure that every child knows that they are loved by God and, in response to that love, make the decision to live for God and love others wholeheartedly.
Children matter at Owosso First Church of the Nazarene. They aren’t an after-thought, and they certainly aren’t disciples in waiting—they are disciples in training. My personal goal is to empower kids to be the leaders for their generation: on the ball field, in their classrooms, and in all that they say and do.
In 2013, I graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Theology and Ministry and in 2017 I graduated from Wesley Seminary through Indiana Wesleyan University with my Masters of Arts in Pastoral Leadership. During the summer of 2017, my husband and I both became ordained elders in the church of the Nazarene, and also had our first and only child. I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, watching and participating in musical theater, playing board games, and traveling when possible.
